Since the start of my educational career I have found myself seeking the best way to help learners understand the meaning of what they are learning. Through the guidance of my instructors that have been placed in my path I have come to understand the importance of always putting my learners at the for front of my intervention design.
Capstone LDT 7940 The final course of the Master's program at Wayne State University allowed me the opportunity to create an intervention to help teachers prepare incorporate small group instruction into their daily routine.
Needs Assessment LDT 7850 The needs assessment in Instructional Design is the guidance that allows stakeholders to identify where there is a need or a gap within the organization. During my needs assessment course I conducted a hypothetical needs assessment at the quasi level to identify the cause of teacher attribution within the school.
Design Thinking and Knowledge LDT 7111 Design Thinking and Knowledge allowed me to see the true process of designing interventions. The individual intervention that I created was a hypothetical introduction course to paddle boarding.
